If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We had a hole in the fascia/roof of one of our rental properties where squirrels were entering the attic and called this company for a repair. We patched the hole temporarily to prevent further damage. The roof was also due for a replacement so we added that on. These folks replaced the roof and then left the hole in even worse condition than when they started. It was completely open and the forecast called for rain.
