I had my first-ever head spa experience at Sage with Mandy, and it was amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The entire treatment was incredibly soothing, and Mandy was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional throughout the appointment. The best part was how incredible my hair and scalp felt afterward. Torin did such a wonderful job making me feel so pampered and relaxed!! The environment was so cozy and I didn’t have to worry about anything. This is my favorite self care treatment I’ve ever done and it was 100% worth the money. My scalp and hair have never felt so clean and my skin was glowing. I can’t wait to come back!
Hi I'm updating my review up here while leaving the original review below. I'd like to share the manager did get in touch after and arranged for a makeup visit with Alexia, which was absolutely lovely. It's a shame the first one was terrible with Torin, I would not recommend her - this time, Alexia provided a deeply relaxing experience including a shoulder, neck and head massage and a very soothing hair scrub and wash. Torin was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, caring, and genuinely passionate about their job as an esthetician. You can tell she truly care about making her clients feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.
