I had my first-ever head spa experience at Sage with Mandy, and it was amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The entire treatment was incredibly soothing, and Mandy was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional throughout the appointment. The best part was how incredible my hair and scalp felt afterward. Hi I'm updating my review up here while leaving the original review below. I'd like to share the manager did get in touch after and arranged for a makeup visit with Alexia, which was absolutely lovely. It's a shame the first one was terrible with Torin, I would not recommend her - this time, Alexia provided a deeply relaxing experience including a shoulder, neck and head massage and a very soothing hair scrub and wash. I had such an amazing experience with Selina at her head spa! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. The entire session was so relaxing—honestly one of the most peaceful experiences I’ve had in a long time. Selina is incredibly gentle, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. I had such an incredible experience with this head spa service done by Selina! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and so relaxing—it immediately put me at ease. Torin was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, caring, and genuinely passionate about their job as an esthetician. You can tell she truly care about making her clients feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.
