I went with my very best friend in the whole wide world to get a head spa treatment. I have been to several spas before but have never had a great experience like this. My scalp feels amazing. During your treatment you are treated with oils, various implements and smells that are absolutely divine. The treatment came with a neck and shoulder massage and after a weekend of moving, I needed it. I will be back.!! Do this ! Your scalp will thank you! I will be back and I'm bringing all my friends lol
I went in for the facial and headspa treatment. Tallyn did a fabulous job! The appointment started right at my scheduled time. I wasn't sure what to expect but if you're a fan of head-rubs, this is your jam!! My scalp and hair felt so clean and soft and smelled great! I really enjoyed the facial too. It was a calm, relaxing experience. My only very minor critique is the plastic head base. After a bit it starts to feel very hard. Lindsey was EXCEPTIONAL. The entire experience - something I've been wanting to try for years - surpassed my expectations. I fell asleep at two different points, underscoring the level of comfort and relaxation just this one hour gave. If I lived in Orlando (I don't), I'd save my pennies to come here at least once a quarter.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a session for my husband and me for our anniversary, and they failed to mention that they don't have couples' rooms. We were separated into tiny rooms in a mall. To make matters worse, they charged a $15.42 credit card fee without saying a word at the register. Between the high base price ($470) and the tip, I ended up paying almost $600.
