Avery Carl helped us buy a cabin in the Wears Valley this summer. She was able to match cabins to our liking and showed us multiple cabins after coordinating with all the owners and rental companies and was superb in handling the negotiations and paperwork details which followed. I would highly recommend her without any reservations.
