Our parents had prepaid their cremations and services with The Simple Alternative years before their deaths. Pamela and Khris were fantastic supports and guides through it all, administratively and emotionally. I don’t know how I’d have planned and executed such meaningful and beautiful services with them, as I was racked with caregiver exhaustion and grief. I can’t say enough about them. In fact, I prepaid my cremation and services with The Simple Alternative last year.
We recently attended a funeral service here, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. The staff were pleasant, kind, and respectful, and the facility was clean and well maintained. They helped create a peaceful atmosphere during a difficult time. Thank you for your care and compassion.
We recently had my grandmother's funeral here last month. The staff were very friendly and professional. We had around 80 guests attend and had lunch arranged for after the service. We brought in catering, and they did a great job setting everything up. It was a beautiful service for my grandma, and we would like to say a special thanks to Adam and staff.

During a difficult time for my family Simple Alternative Mississauga made a lasting impression planning for my father E. Munro's sudden passing. Kris was amazing from our inital phone call to the very end. He made the entire process comfortable, was transparent which helped especially with uncertainty and was extremely supportive throughout.
