We recently had my grandmother's funeral here last month. The staff were very friendly and professional. We had around 80 guests attend and had lunch arranged for after the service. We brought in catering, and they did a great job setting everything up. It was a beautiful service for my grandma, and we would like to say a special thanks to Adam and staff.
I would like to send a big thank you to PAMELA, DANIELLE and the rest of their staff for making a hard day so perfect and memorable. I can’t thank Pamela enough for making a hard day exactly what we envisioned. She is amazing, patient, considerate, and kind. My family and I are so grateful for her support in planning a beautiful funeral for my grandfather. Thank you Pamela , Danielle and the rest of the staff here at the simple alternative.
During a difficult time for my family Simple Alternative Mississauga made a lasting impression planning for my father E. Munro's sudden passing. Assistant Manager, Sarah Mannone, was a immense help to sort out a letter of direction in order to proceed with my brother's cremation. She was so proactive, knowledgeable and committed in guiding me through the process. As well, Pamela was such a pleasure to deal with and her genuine kind personality and extraordinary support in assisting me was greatly appreciated.
