Liked the stop with trails, games, etc. much better than just out & back. . Taking a picnic and going on the trails would be fun. Staff were so friendly & informative. We will be back.

Kevin and I had a wonderful experience on your train !!! First of all to be around other people after a long COVID isolation was amazing . Families with adorable children , seniors with canes , and couples with their dogs ! We love dogs . Every one smiling . Of course seeing the redwood trees and all the lush greenery was magical . The explanation of what we were seeing was well done . Thank you for providing a clean train and helpful staff . We will be back also we will spread the news of this wonderful little train . The train ride provides a great adventure for adults and children alike. The history lesson adds to the experience. The price was definitely higher than our last visit but we plan to take advantage of the opportunity to picnic and hike at the area provided at the turn around point and return on the later train. That will help justify spending the extra money. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The ride was so much fun. The area at Glen Bair where we stopped for a visit was gorgeous, surrounded by majestic redwoods. The information given during the ride was great, I wish it had been a bit louder to be able to hear all the interesting facts. Would definitely recommend the experience.

The ride qS relaxing and my children enjoyed the train model museum. We were a bit disappointed that the Glen Blair Junction trail was shortened. We enjoyed exploring the site.
