Dr. Casanova was absolutely phenomenal! This was a Great experience as a new patient. He was kind and HONEST explaining my options. I will make this my family dentist based on my experience. Also and of note the ladies at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant. Andrew did a wonderful job with my cleaning and was very gentle.
I am using Dr. Casanova for many years. I am very happy with the results. I can recommend this practice. The staff is not over friendly but efficient and caring and that is what does it for me.
I have been Dr Casanova's patient for over 10 years. I go regularly for cleanings with Barbie, who is super awesome! The rest of the staff is fabulous! Not overly friendly which is how I prefer it but extremely professional. Very important. You won't hear them talking about their personal business while you wait to be acknowledged, like in so many other doctor's offices. They get to the point. Period. I've been seeing Dr. Casanova for almost 10 years. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist's chair. He is very kind and gentle and I always feel he has my best interest in mind. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since I started going I have referred many friends and family who are also very pleased. He is also very considerate of your time and never makes you wait passed your appointment time. I will continue with his office for many years to come.
He is the best dentist ever! Kind, fair, honest, and concerned with his patients! I enjoy all of my visits! Truly a great man!!! I have been going for many years and will continue!
They consistently try to charge much more than my insurance states that I owe. Their front office staff is incompetent and generally not friendly
I was a patient for many years, I have only now learned that most of the work he did is bad or going bad tooth by tooth. He performed procedures I didn't need and it seems he wasn't qualified to do ( special complicated root canal); they should have sent me to a specialist . I am now paying two and three times the price to repair what he did. Do not go to this dentist! In addition Addie at the front desk is VERY RUDE!
Please avoid this practice at any cost. They billed me for services they did not provide. Very rude and unprofessional practice.
