Had my first but not my last Dental appointment for a cleaning. Everyone from the front staff, staff passing were so pleasant. Tracy my hygienist, was kind professional and made me feel valued. My dentist Dr. Morgan was the cherry on top, (I'm like a female dentist, yea). I would recommend anyone to come and visit this location. You won't be disappointed.
This office, the Smilist at Valley Stream, to say the least is dysfunctional. They bill insurance provider for wrong code/procedure and do not respond to multiple inquiries from insurance and patient to address thier error. I have been trying to reach them since February 2026 with runaround from thier office. I am now reporting them to every agency board I can for thier practices.
