Edited: I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars: The owner did reach out very quickly, and was extremely nice. I was accidentally over charged, and they did refund me for the part that was added on accidentally. I had the best experience at the new Spa Lounge in Lehi! I booked a manicure and pedicure with Brooklyn Goodrich and Maddie Jones—both were incredibly kind, professional, and did an amazing job. My nails look and feel fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. I was in desperate need a self care day and a pedicure at The Spa Lounge did just the trick. Brooklyn was very kind and gave me a much needed pedicure which was amazing! She took care of me from start to finish and I am so grateful for such amazing service! I will definitely be coming back to The Spa Lounge!
The service was awesome! I went for a deep tissue massage with Susie and it was so worth it! They definitely have a return customer with me!
I just got the acne facial done here with Maddie and it was by far the best facial and spa experience I’ve ever had! From the very friendly front desk staff to the relaxing treatment room, I was so impressed! I definitely recommend for anyone needing some self care to look no further and come here for their services.
