An amazing experience! They had men and women’s changing rooms with robes, shoes and a mint in our personalized lockers ahead of time with clean changing rooms prior to our massages. Than we were able to relax in a peaceful setting with water or a selection of teas while we wait for our masseuse. I appreciate the massage therapist working a long night on a holiday. I did wanna offer a little bit of feedback i wasn’t impressed by my massage. I do know massage therapist do things differently. Im figuring out school to pursue it as a career i will be the 3rd generation therapist in my family so ive had experience in massage world. I recently had a gift card for my birthday to the Spa Lounge. My girlfriend loves the Spa Lounge locations up north so she got the GC for me. Anyway, I needed a massage after the stress of Christmas. I loved how I could book online. The spa was peaceful and beautiful when you walk in. And the staff were very kind and friendly. I was so fortunate to have Natalie as my massage therapist. Absolutely fantastic. We went on Valentine’s Day, so they were super busy. But very polite, professional & punctual. This was my husbands first massage & all he had to say was “I work construction”. He has not stopped talking about it since. Will definitely go back if we are in the area.
I really enjoyed my appointments. had a Hydrofacial with Emile C. She was a great! My face felt so clean and hydrated. My Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Becca was, as the saying goes ( “Just what the doctor ordered”) Perfect and relaxing. Loved the facility and all the staff were wonderful! Many, many thanks.
