My husband and I had a couples maternity massage with Julie and Vivienne and had the best experience! Our check-in and checkout process was smooth and easy which made the experience already very low stress. They had men’s and women’s locker rooms with lockers that had our names on it, robes, slippers, and little York peppermint patties. Great ambiance and comfortable beds. It was an okay experience overall. I think the deep tissue massage has a lot of room that could have been improved upon… at least with the therapist I had. I was a little disappointed in the massage to be honest. I decided to try it out based on the reviews. I won’t be a repeat based on my experience. If you’re into very delicate touch therapists this is probably the place for you.

Was able to get online and book a massage for same day Sunday afternoon which was amazing. I got a manual lymphatic drainage massage from Courtney and it was amazing. She spent so much time with me and even taught me some tricks to do it myself. The facility was clean and felt very comfortable. Took advantage of the first time customer $25 off deal and it was worth every penny! Will definitely be going again.

We love massage and the spa experience. I was curious what a franchise spa experience would be like so I booked my wife an 80-minute birthday massage at The Spa Lounge to try it out. Her take is that the massage was solid (most important) and the spa experience was okay. - Solid massage - Therapist was very responsive to feedback and was skilled. - Comfy massage table - Easy to book. I got a deep tissue massage from Courtney and it was amazing. I came in with a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, and I feel so much better. The attention to little details of this place is amazing. There was a robe, slippers, chocolate, & private locker for each person. The waiting room is beautiful with water and tea and the massage bed was so comfortable and was adjustable. I loved the choice of essential oils & hot towels. I was even given a gift bag. I will definitely be coming back
