Tax time is not a time I am excited about and decided to use a different agent this year. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a bright cheery office with an obliging and pleasant reception area - a wonderful staff member to assist. I was seated quickly to fill in my necessary details being my first time and soon after seen by my new accountant. Neil treated me very professionally and pleasantly and the experience was surprisingly a nice one. Thank you to all staff that assisted me, I was happy with my end result.
