Dr. Hosny and his staff were phenomenal! I called and was able to get a same-day appointment after experiencing extreme back pain. The receptionist and office staff were accommodating and highly responsive. Dr. Hosny and Dr. Gupta are both exceptional physicians with fantastic bedside manner. I felt well cared for and comfortable asking questions so I fully understood the treatment plan. Although traffic caused the doctors to be late, the nurses prepared all 4 of us so we would be ready for treatments. The doctors arrived and their bedside manner was high quality. I did not feel that they rushed through. Dr. Mehta spent time answering my questions and describing the procedure and his expectations for my recovery. I left feeling cared for and hopeful.
It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Mehta in Riverdale, NJ . He carefully monitors my medications and makes sure that my back pain problems are addressed. He has a very comforting and caring manner, and he’s very thorough in his examinations. If you have back pain, see any one of the doctors. The office support staff are very good at getting your appointment set and take care of your insurance requirements. They all strive to help you with anything you need. I wish I could give them all ten stars! They’ve earned them!
