Thanks for leasing to this 30 y/o trucker! Aside from the weed stank which I’m half used to it’s a pretty chill place. I must have the quiet side cause I don’t hear much but young bucks with loud cars and the occasional Friday night fireworks from the Cardinals stadium. Sucks that the guys that finally brought down the motor bank won’t let me park my truck there for a weekend tho. Taking uber all the time from Strafford is getting expensive lol
Someone passed away in 208 sterling a few weeks ago and they did not professionally clean the apartment, even though he was there for a few days in there. My friend lives at Sterling and the ENTIRE 2nd floor smells like death/rot. We reported it to the current property manager (can't recall her name as so many people are coming/going here for the past 6 months) and she tried to gaslight us and tell us we just had sensitive noses to the smell. I moved into the Sterling in August and it has been amazing. There are so many events going on that I always have something to do. The staff makes living here even better. I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Parker and she really does make Sterling feel like home.
Stelling Group was as professional as they come and it was such a pleasure to deal with Kelli as he was informative, and relieved the pressures and or stresses that come with buying or selling a home. I strongly recommend them as a top tier real estate agency to represent anyone with their real estate needs as they are 5 star!!!
I've lived at the sterling since August. Even with the minor late move in I've loved living here. The staff is really excellent with answering any questions I have. Even Danielle in marketing has taken her time out to help me with any questions I have and will always be more than happy to help me find someone who can help me if she can't. Great experience.
