Very polite n very easy n did over the phone love this place a little bit expensive but the service is great wish they didn't have to pay extra to talk to someone tho but other wise love this place wouldn't go anywhere else
Christina the gal at sign in, was excellent. So friendly so helpful. Thank you Christina. The unit itself was full of cobwebs and hadn't been swept. I think that may be something that should be addressed in the future.

Could really use some upgrades to the storage units and parking area overall.
Easy access,ease of use of space.Two small issues: the first day I tried to get into the storage unit the lever on the door was frozen . I had to go home and get a container of hot water to use so I could get access . Then it rained excessively on another day and I had to wade through puddles.
