We are new tenants and have been very pleased with the service we received so far, especially from Jerome, the property manager. He is a pleasure to deal with and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never once felt rushed. It's refreshing to meet somebody that is so customer-oriented. We could not be happier that we chose this facility for our storage needs. We feel supported knowing Jerome will be there for us as we fine tune our storage needs going forward. A+++!
Great place to have a unit and or parking spots! Competitive prices and long time history in the MOT area of Delaware! I've had a couple units over the years and always have a great experience! Jerome is a helpful and friendly manager that's been there all the years I've been a customer!
JEROME IS THE MAN!!! I wanted to thank Jerome at the The Shopping Mall storage facility in Townsend, DE for being the nicest and most customer service oriented person that I had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. He was punctual with our planned appointment to tour the facility and he was very accommodating to my 1.5 yr old daughter that I had with me. Jerome is absolutely the best, 100% the best guy to deal with. He made everything great, he is very accommodating, answered all my questions with ease and patience. He made us feel like family and not just a customer!!
