Nick and Carissa created a wonderful atmosphere for customers to relax, forget the outside world and focus on self-care. The stretching has reduced the pain in my body and has become a twice monthly treatment as well as the cold plunge. The whole treatment leaves me relaxed, pain free, mentally stronger and feeling good overall that I gave my body some care. I am grateful to have such professionals and atmosphere in the North Fork.
5 star all around!! From the owners to the modalities. A truly exhilarating, calming, feel good and rejuvenated holistic experience. The facility is warm, inviting and spotless. Carissa and Nick will walk you through every step of the way. At 64 years of age I pursued and accomplished my very first 2 minute cold plunge!!! Then off to the sauna and salt room. Spent a wonderfully relaxing afternoon at the Stretch Garden, just what I needed! The atmosphere is calming and pure zen. Nick and Carissa were extremely helpful in providing information on achieving the maximum benefits for each service, and they gave my daughter and I a fabulous assisted stretch session. Can’t wait to go back!!!
The Stretch Garden is a hidden gem in Aquebogue & it’s not just about stretching!! I did a cold plunge for the first time, great for inflammation.Topped off with time in the sauna, giving a zen & invigorated experience. If you’re super stressed, try the Salt room with weighted blanket & tea. There are several other options & I intend to try them all. Please take some time to check this special place out, it’s relatively new to the area. They are FANTASTIC!! You will not be disappointed!!
10/10 experience at The Stretch Garden! My husband gifted me "A Day at the Stretch Garden" for my birthday and WOW. I felt instantly relaxed once I walked through the door.
