I’ve been living here a few months now and so far so good. It’s quiet and safe.
Both times I’ve gone through the leasing process with the folks at Suites of Port Warwick, they’ve set the bar for how leasing agents and property management personnel are supposed to operate. Swift communication, welcoming dispositions, patience and professionalism. The AC went out the last summer I rented a unit, and although their maintenance team had a lot on their plate that week, management made sure that I had cool air within 24 hours. Very kind and helpful staff--Bridget, Alexis and Maxine have been excellent helping me out of multiple jams since I've been here--about 3 months. Compared to my last apartment, the maintenance crew are much faster getting to issues that come up. Excellent locale with Christopher Newport University just blocks away and with tons of businesses and restaurants to go to within minutes of the apt. its a good place to stay but i dont like how people who dont live with you be in your buisness
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. From the first day it was horrible. I moved in without a toilet, the apartment was a complete mess, and multiple things were broken. Within a few days the property manager, Susan, screamed at me, called me a liar, and said I was finding all my proof on google.
