Very pleased I had numerous consultations before finding Dr. Bauer and his great assistants, I am 2 weeks post op right now from an amazing breast augmentation!! My breasts were like deflated balloons, and after hearing that I also needed a lift by others, Dr. Bauer did just an augment with such great results that a lift was never even needed!! So happy, and very looking forward to this summer!!! Even at 2 weeks post op, and very swollen, I already see what great work he did!! Thanks to the Swan Center and Dr. Bauer! :)
Thank you Dr. Bauer I saw Dr. Bauer in 2010 for breast augmentation because my friend had one done by him 10 years ago and she still looks FABULOUS and she told me I had to come see him. Swancenter helped me get my "boobs" back! I am a very active, 41-year old who had a breast augmentation 14 years ago in California. After the surgery, my breasts had extremely wide cleavage. Happy with them so far I have met with this practice a couple of times though I have not had any plastic surgery done yet. I have been pretty pleased with the experience so far. The office is really nice and in a great location and easy to find. The nurses and staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I paid $6900 for a service I did not get (sculptra injections to round out my buttocks) . My before and after pictures look exactly the same, in fact my before looks better than my after. When I voiced my concern I was advised to wait twelve more weeks. (I was initially told to wait 12 weeks to see any improvement). I do not recommend anyone use any of their services.
The girl who answered the phone had absolutely ZERO knowledge of anything about the company or how to navigate their own website. Everyone else was "on the phone". Apparently Swan Center does not realize the person who answers the phone is the "image" of the company itself. Their knowledge and professionalism is the first impression. If they are willing to hire someone that has no knowledge or interest in the company to assist a customer properly then perhaps they are also negligent in their surgical procedures.
