When I first moved there, it was all fine and dandy. Everything was working well my light bill was just really really high the first year of living there literally I was paying around $400 a month because it’s so hot. You have to run your AC from April until November on top of that. It is roach infected. You have to get a thorough treatment and you won’t see any but if your neighbors have them you will have them unless you get treatment to run them back out. I have lived here for couple years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids and I love living here. Maintenance does a great job when my apt has repairs, very knowledgeable.
Unpleasant living for a community that is NOT. The pool is rarely utilized by residents and is closed a lot due to kids and people that do not reside here. The office door is locked a lot during business hours. The maintenance is friendly, yet overwhelmed due to the office not documenting work orders.
