Dave and his staff prepared a trust for us. He explained the entire process and gave appropriate advice in making the decisions. He allowed us to pay for his services in 3 payments which was very helpful for us. Dave is very professional yet also very personable and easy to work with. I believe he is still the Eagle Scout he has been since he was a teenager!
In my opinion this man is guilty of legal malpractice. He has generally treated my case as a retirement hobby rather than a professional commitment requiring timely and competent execution. I have been waiting for over a year for him to file the final petition to settle my parents' estate, but he has abandoned my case.
