Love living here well kept, professional and courteous management
Home I love my cozy apartment. The neighbors are friendly and I felt like I was home from the very first day I moved in. Everyone welcomed me and it is so nice to talk with neighbors and to love were you live.

Marina Apartments If you want a nice, quiet, small community then this is the place for you. It's good on the budget, there is no thru traffic, and the people are friendly. It just a few minutes from the Katy Trail, the Mills Mall, and downtown St Charles. Everything is within minutes from this location. What We Can Afford Currently my fiancé and I are living in a one bedroom, one bath apartment with minimal storage. It's the perfect apartment for one person, but put two people in there and it's a bit cramped. Going to college, we can't afford much more.
