Property manager named Kirby was fantastic. Easiest experience getting into a home I have ever had. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of a garbage disposal and that the yard is not fully enclosed. I believe those two additions would be really fantastic and consideration should be given to those improvements. Everything else is excellent.
