As you've probably already read, the onsite manager is a grump. She is always so "stressed" and very passive aggressive so if you are able to interact with her as little as possible, great. The place is old, as expected, and the price reflects that. Campus villa is the cheapest, closest place that you will get to campus. The appliances are old, but fully functional. I'm not too sure where to start. First off, let me say the 1 star rating is not out of pity or anything out of that nature. I'm not some frustrated tenant who tore up his apartment and is frustrated. The first problem with Campus Villa Apartments (located roughly 2 blocks from campus) is the horrible landlard, the lady that deals with all of the tenants.
