I had no hot water Saturday evening! Tried emergency number but couldn’t get anyone so I left a message. Early Monday morning I talked to Jen in our office and no more than 1/2 hour Nick from maintenance was at my door. He was very pleasant and efficient. My hot water was back to normal within the hour! Thanks for such a quick response! Good job Nick and Jen!.

I’d give a 4.5. We recently had a lot of water from the rain and myself and a neighbor got water in our apartments and management and maintenance were there very quickly to help with the problem. They have worked hard on getting caught up with work orders and have achieved that. Kudos to Jeniene , Matt,Rob,Bill and the other workers called in to help thank you
