I am very happy with the customer service in the office. The MWR always have something going on for the families here. My kid and myself have made friends quickly. It’s very family friendly here the kids run around and ride there bikes, it just offers a piece of mind you can’t get living off base. The housing is clean and maintenance issues are addressed quickly . It’s quiet in the evenings and house are well maintained. 10/10 would recommend The Village at Camp Parks.
I absolutely LOVED living here. My husband was deployed for most of our time there, and the staff and neighborhood were so wonderful and helpful for me (and our three children). Lots of family activities planned for the community, and amazing office staff. Maintenance always came and took care of anything within a day of my call, usually day of! Highly recommend!
When we first moved here, I knew it was gonna be great because The Resident Manager Milinda was so Friendly and Welcoming. Definitely a Great First impression and has been the same one year later. The staff including the maintenance guys are always professional, friendly, and efficient!! The staff also work hard to take care of the community and put on events to keep everyone entertained. Great Staff!!
This the first time me and my family lived on a Military base and I’m impressed. Especially with the maintenance staff..,work orders are completed very timely. The office staff is amazing, they are friendly and very helpful. Any questions asked, they get the answer right away. The events they put on for the community too is great! Thank you so much Camp Parks Staff!!
I don't think I've ever lived in a better village in my life. Milinda and Emma are the best! They are always available, they answer all of our questions the first time around, and they are ALWAYS doing whatever they can to make living on post a better experience. Also, any time we've put in a work order with maintenance they come same day. I also want to add that they are both extremely friendly and always willing to talk.
