car care station is no longer available One of the most important reasons I chose to stay here was because of its car care station, which is no longer available. I just renewed my lease, and if I had known they were going to shut it down, I would not have renewed. The management company failed to come up with a solution, and instead of finding a way to preserve the amenity, they chose to close it down, which really hurts the tenants. There's no place like this Moved out 2 months ago. Loved my time here. I miss all of the office and maintenance staff. The apartments are truly luxury as advertised. Great place to call home. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a home.
No Better Place to Call Home Amazing experience applying and moving into The Villages at Raleigh Beach! I was also offered a Handicap Accessible apartment, but it was only because they were out of non-ADA apartments. Whitney ensured I was aware of this and treated my application with all of the love and care one could ask for. If you're looking for your next home, look no further than The Villages at Raleigh Beach and their team. Thanks again!!!
Amazing complex, extremely friendly staff, tons of parking, great amenities I work right down the street from this complex and when I was looking at multiple complexes I decided after a long day of looking at places that really weren’t all that nice I decided to check out this complex. New to North Carolina? VRB is the place! Recently relocating from another state, and having 2 weeks to move for work, I couldn’t have stumbled upon a better apartment community! Don’t Do It Moved in before new management & had already renewed before finding out the new management was the same management that I was running from. Problems started off immediately & I was asked to give the office a chance & I did, but was pretty much the exact same as before. Due to me being lazy, I renewed again. Second year under new management wasn’t too bad, so I renewed again & that was the worst mistake ever! Ghosted and Unread Management is lacking something awful. Avoid if you prefer a peace of mind, cordial neighbors, and basic front facing customer service.

Poor New Owners When they were under different companies this was the place to live. Never had to continuously call the office due to no one answering only to go inside and the office people just sitting there on the computer. Overcharging for trash. Something always wrong and we cannot enjoy the amenities offered. However don’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Upped the rent price but didn’t change anything in the apartments.
