I’ve lived at Falling Waters for about a year and with CIP Properties for three years overall, and it’s been a really great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and feels safe. The office staff is always friendly and easy to work with, and the location is super convenient. I’d definitely recommend living here.

I asked for my porch light to be fixed. The porch light is still broken, however a lightbulb was left on my counter. ?? I got a notice the work was complete, but it’s still dark at my front door. A broken porch light is a safety concern. This is a long line of repair issues. I requested my fridge filter be changed 3 months ago. I requested my garage code be programmed. Great place to live! I was very satisfied during my stay. The office staff was always helpful and responded quickly whenever I needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with great and friendly neighbors. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable place to live – I would definitely recommend it.
Second time garage door malfunctions Was late picking up my kids from school first time and late to work the second time. My fiancé was the one who was able to get it to open. Maintenance saw it opened and didn’t investigate into the problem.
