This is our 4th year. The building is very clean thanks to the cleaning lady for her daily and on time hardwork she commute daily rain or shine even on a stormy weather Thank you Management are quick to respond when a maintenance request is raised and they do it to fully meet the tenet expectation. Also They do a good job securing the building Lastly but not least Thanks to my great neighbours on the 3rd floor . Professional gardening. Service is also a plus for the management team Thank you
Well here i am no elevator..2 but none work? Rent increase of more then 100$ and no elevtors at all one out near 2 months and no repair for 2 weeks and who knows when other? NOT HAPPY CAMPER FOR RENT PAY!
I had lots of good experiences, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a lot of frustrations - but that's par for the course of most renting situations. I can say that the management is very attentive, responsive, and friendly. The common areas are cleaned very regularly and well-maintained.
The building is well presented and the rooms are quite nice! Granite counter tops, and lots of kitchen counter space to work with (favourite for me). The staff here are super friendly and friendly to chat with when I bump into them, and very helpful. Building inside and outside is very nice clean and well kept! I am very glad I was able to move here when I did, very happy! Wish I moved here sooner.
I am very happy living at the Vincent Coleman. It is quiet and clean. The rent is not bad for a two bedroom apartment. Parking is an issue when family and friends visit. I have been living in the building for three years and was promised a new microwave and stove, however, I am still waiting for them and have asked over and over again.
