"Luxury" bland prefab apartments in an otherwise charming working class neighborhood. Disrespectful workers have been ruining everyone's sleep in the neighborhood throughout years of construction. This building is a massive eyesore and already bringing down the vibe of the surrounding blocks. It is ugly and bizarrely designed by an architect that had clearly never been to Denver before (why else would they put massive ground floor windows in apartments on this block? I scheduled a hard hat tour with Maria via email. When I got to the apartment at the scheduled time, there was no way to get in the building, and the construction workers said there aren’t any tours happening yet. Tried to contact maria and still haven’t heard back over a week later. Very disappointing and a waste of an afternoon.
