Emily is THE BEST. She is helpful, knowledgable, and so sweet! She was able to answer all of my questions, and made the whole experience a delight! You can tell from one conversation that she cares about her residents, and will treat you like gold during your time here. Beyond that, this building is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The building is superb like watching a house hunter’s international on television. We have visited dozens of apartments prior to this one and this “Vixen” is the best. The displays in all the leasing and tenant areas are amazing. What closed the deal for us is the incredible leasing Lady “Cora”. I am in my mid-20s and have always had trouble finding apartments that check all boxes for me: new build, adequate amenities, happening part of town, and competent staff. I am one of the first people to move in and I love it so far! Emily, Cora, Maria, and Nataly have all been super helpful! The amenities are awesome and the covered parking is so underrated. It's got a beautiful view of Denver. I am excited to try out the pool!
