I watched a dude get shot multiple times in front of this building a few months ago. Then tonight they hosted a car meet and now we have had trashy people ripping through the streets all night with riced out junk thats loud as can be. This building is cancer to this community and i cant stress it enough.

The amenities in this building are new, and nice. The girls in the front office are nice and helpful as well. But unfortunately there are some serious inconveniences with living in the building. If I would have seen an honest review like this before moving in, I would have 100% chose my other, cheaper option I was split between. To have guests over, or food deliveries, you must go all the way down the elevator and to the lobby, or side door to physically let them in yourself. Their entry system. This is a "luxury" building but unfortunately no guest can come up to your apartment with temporary codes - the resident, paying close to 2k a month, must go down for every single guest. This also means no contactless food delivery. You must go down to the lobby. If I would have seen a review being honest about the inconveniences of living here, I would have 100% picked my other, less expensive, option that had temporary codes for your guests to easily get to your apartment.
