My experience was great! The building itself is beautiful and new, I found everything I was looking for. Cora was amazing and helped me during the application process and honestly it went very smooth, it’s the first time that I don’t have anxiety while renting a new place, the manager Maria was great too, answering all my questions at the moment of signing the lease. I’m looking forward to moving into the Vixen!
Vixen's front entrance along the entire Colfax block is clean & feels secure. No homeless camps. When walking on Colfax, I stay on this side of the street. So I compliment Vixen's management for keeping their side of the street well-maintained, which is not easy on Colfax. (in comparison to the Papa John's parkinglot on the other side of Colfax)
Emily was awesome! She showed us the place we were going to rent and answered all of our questions. To be honest its been a bit of a back and forth but she was communicative and made all the difference.
"Luxury" ugly prefab apartments in an otherwise charming working class neighborhood. Disrespectful workers have been ruining everyone's sleep in the neighborhood throughout years of construction. This building is a massive eyesore and already bringing down the vibe of the surrounding blocks. Would suggest looking at other properties in the area to get a grasp of how overpriced, generic and out of place this one is 😊 and look up reviews of "Kairoi Residential" which runs this to see what kind of nightmares you'll be in stor... read more
I had the absolute pleasure of touring this AMAZING new community yesterday with Emily, their lovely leasing associate. She was so very personable, engaging, friendly and super knowledgeable.
