This is such a wonderful place! So great living downtown in such a great community and building. Emily was absolutely wonderful, she took her time with us and allowed us to check everything out. Some of the common areas when we visited weren't completed but they sent out new announcements to let us know when things are done and to check out the new stuff. Emily was so helpful when I stopped by The Vixen to check out the new property for some clients! She took the time to walk me through everything and pointed out which units would be the best fits. The community has so many great floor plans — something for everyone — and the three different color schemes make it stand out from a lot of other buildings in Denver. I’ve had such a great experience at The Vixen Apartments! The building itself is beautiful — modern, clean, and in a great location. But what really made the difference was Emily. She’s incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping residents and prospects. She went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re considering moving here, definitely reach out to Emily — she’s the best!
This building is a 10/10 and on top of that, I loved working with Cora!! She was super friendly and easy to talk to. She greeted me with such a nice smile and made sure to ask if I needed water or anything before we started the tour. The whole experience of the tour felted relaxed but still knowledgeable. I’ve lived in this apartment for a month now, and I’ve loved it so far. The building itself is beautiful, with a well-equipped gym and great pool/hot tub area. Well organized mailroom where you don't worry about packages going missing. The best part is the office management team, especially Emily & Maria, who made the move-in seamless and are great at answering any questions or concerns you have in office or through the app. They also organize building & community events which I look forward to partaking in soon.
