Verified Renter The location continues to be one of the best, if not the best, in Cary. And, the apartments are well appointed and bright. But, with over two years experience living here, I can confidently say that it's the staff that make this place great. They're always working to improve the community with new events and amenities, a the maintenance team is top notch. It may be more accurate to call them the "concierge service team."
Verified Renter We LOVE living here, and we always highly recommend it to everyone who asks about it. Everyone who works here is delightful. The communication emails (like if a fire alarm test is scheduled) are always detailed and on point, the parking is always handled well for events, the amenities are always spotless and lovely, the monthly events have a lot of effort put into them and I wish we could participate more (we just have a toddler who limits our ability to do stuff sometimes). Verified Renter The walkability of The Walker (see what I did there) is one of the things we love. So many great local spots; everything from great food, drinks, and just being outside. Having these things just outside our door is what makes the Walker so great.

Verified Renter Very welcoming community. Everyone here is very friendly. They had a nice Valentine's Day date night box giveaway for all residents and decorated the mail room area with hearts and valentine boxes for all residents.
