I visited The Watch Lab today to get some links taken out of my Armani Sea Explorer, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Marco was absolutely great—he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job resizing my watch quickly and perfectly. It fits great now. My interactions with Marco were excellent. He is very customer focused and extremely helpful. Several days after leaving the watch for repair (it was gaining time) I received a phone call from Paul, the watch repairer to advise that it was repaired. The watch is functioning perfectly and I can highly recommend both Paul and Marco. They are professional, efficient and the price was very good and affordable. Thank you!!
