My interactions with Marco were excellent. He is very customer focused and extremely helpful. Several days after leaving the watch for repair (it was gaining time) I received a phone call from Paul, the watch repairer to advise that it was repaired. The watch is functioning perfectly and I can highly recommend both Paul and Marco. They are professional, efficient and the price was very good and affordable. Thank you!!
