After visiting a few specialist watch shops who couldn’t replace my metal strap due to its complexity, I finally found The Watch Hut at Touchwood (opposite JD Sports). They removed the strap in seconds and fitted a new leather strap and buckle flawlessly. Super impressed with their speed, professionalism, and quality of service. Highly recommend them for any watch repairs or adjustments!
Great job from Yusra at the Watch Lab in Solihull yesterday. She’s very knowledgable and professional. Also had my watch cleaned while I was having the battery changed. All done in under an hour. Great service. I’d highly recommend this place. It’s very appropriately sited under the clock in Touchwood!
Today I brought in a 25-year-old vintage Gucci watch to have a bracelet link replaced - After four jewellers said it couldn’t be repaired due to its age, I decided to try one last time in Solihull, hoping to find a Gucci specialist. Had my Breitling watch battery replaced and clean of the watch by Yusra at the Solihull branch. Very nice lady, who informed me of what she would do, and also the price to complete the work. Very friendly and work completed in a hour. I would definitely recommend. Thank you
I went to get my watch repair at the Solihull touchwood repair centre and Yusra was very helpful and sorted my watch out within minutes and ber customer service was very professional and she explained what the issue was and how she was going to fix it thoroughly.
