I’ve used The Watch Lab a number of times, including today and always been impressed with the service and in particular the staff (they all seem to be really well trained and very ethical in their assessments-unlike other companies I have used). I’ve had a number of my watches serviced and repaired with them and on more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to help me fix an issue. I’ve trusted them with quartz and automatic watches and can highly recommend them for all makes of watch. Thanks guys 🙏🙏🙏.
Thanks to a previous review I used Yusra at the watch lab in solihull and really glad I did. What fantastic customer service and expertise that lady has. She fixed my rather intricate omega watch bracelet when no others said they could! If I ran a company I'd make sure she was part of it. Well done Yusra
I will happily ammend my rating but at the moment I am anything but impressed. I was advised to give the Watch Lab a visit to see if they could replace the glass on the watch face as it was slightly marked. A very helpful guy explained it can be done but may take a week. I am now several weeks on and I can't seem to get hold of anyone and I would really like my watch back.
After visiting a few specialist watch shops who couldn’t replace my metal strap due to its complexity, I finally found The Watch Hut at Touchwood (opposite JD Sports). They removed the strap in seconds and fitted a new leather strap and buckle flawlessly. Super impressed with their speed, professionalism, and quality of service. Highly recommend them for any watch repairs or adjustments!
Excellent service,very efficient. Tag shop wanted to send watch away for 6-8 weeks. YUSRA at The Watch Lab completed a battery change and re seal in half an hour, she did a brilliant job. Thank you. Definitely recommend 👌
