Sarah was brilliant today with my 9 year old. We brought in a watch that needed resizing for his tiny wrist. She was so patient and sweet with him. And her surprise bonus was even better!! Thank you for your excellent service. We’ll be back for sure.
I have a basic Tissot watch that was a joint gift from a couple of my aunts over 27 years ago. It's on my arm nearly all the time, and I've never given any thought before plunging it into showers, washing up bowls, swimming pools, the sea, fish tanks, ponds, rock pools, rivers or streams ever since. Sarah resized two of my watches quickly and with great care, repeatedly checking the fit to make sure it was perfect before removing anything. She finished in under 10 minutes and didn’t charge me at all. Excellent service!
Excellent service! TagHeuer couldn’t help with a replacement part, but Nathan measured my watch, got the right part first time and fitted it in seconds! That’ll do Donkey!
