I have a basic Tissot watch that was a joint gift from a couple of my aunts over 27 years ago. It's on my arm nearly all the time, and I've never given any thought before plunging it into showers, washing up bowls, swimming pools, the sea, fish tanks, ponds, rock pools, rivers or streams ever since. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. From the moment I walked in with my new watch, her customer service far exceeded my expectations. Sarah kindly removed links from my watch, carefully adjusted the fit, and was incredibly diligent in making sure it was absolutely right. Well what can I say the 'Watch Lab' is just fantastic!! Sarah the lady who served us was the friendliest most helpful assistant who mended and resized my partner's watch. We had been quoted £15 from a competitor but Sarah charged an awful lot less. Made me feel like that there are still some lovely and genuine people left in this world. Thank you 😊😊
Twice I've been here, twice they've been great. First was to verify a watch, second was to sort the second timer. They didn't charge either time, just friendly and helpful. I expected to pay both times but they wouldn't hear of it. Thank you watch lab
I saw Tom on Bank Holiday Monday 4th May and he replaced the battery in my wife's Armani watch, quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Fantastic customer service and a joy to 'watch' him go about his job. A credit to The Watch Lab and to his profession.
