Poor service, to say the least. Left a watch in for extra bracelet links on Saturday, with the promise of a phone call on Monday to confirm link availability. That call never came. The following Saturday, I went again to find out what was happening, only to be told the links were no longer available. While there, I had a second watch needing links; again, I was promised a call. Noticed The Watch Lab as I walked through Forestside. I've been wearing my late aunt's watch which has not been working. I asked the young guy if it was suitable to have the battery replaced. Within minutes it was sorted for a minimal fee of £10. Amazing service! Thank you!

I had some links removed by the Watch Lab from my Seiko bracelet and a pin kept coming out after they had a go at it! I had to return it three times, the last time they sent it to their main store in Manchester. And now the pin has just come out again. I really don't know what to say. But I would certainly never go back there with anything complicated like shortening a watch strap...
A very helpful Conor who has sorted 3 watches for me to date. Highly recommend The Watch Lab, Forestside……tho I think he’s so busy now he needs an assistant to help him with repairs and allow him to have a proper lunch break!!
