Xmas present for my wife needed a replacement battery in £3000 gucci watch and ended up damaged by incompetent person rounded screws off and scratched case back then filed the scratch making it worse then tried to hide the damage when picked watch up the manager was informed and his answer was to gift my wife the damaged watch for xmas we can't send the watch for repair to gucci because they have void the warranty through the damage caused watch still needs a battery so they have ruined the watch for nothing will be seeking... read more
