I am/was a resident of this facility The Waterford is a clean facility the staff really cared about me while I was there . I had rehabilitation and pain management I recovered there after a hip surgery and I would highly recommend it. The food was surprisingly delicious. ❤️ I love the location up north by the beach. The staff and residents were following strict guidelines due to COVID 19. I felt safe. If you have to go to a nursing home this is a good one.
I am/was a resident of this facility I lived at the Waterford for 4 years. My experience was very good, and I credit the head Administrator Kathy D. with that. She is a hands on administrator well liked by residents and staff. It makes the smallish environment of the Waterford feel more friendly and caring. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I am a friend or relative of a resident This facility appears to be clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The residents seem well cared-for. The food is offered in a variety of selections to suit every taste and dietary need. There are plenty of spaces for residents to interact in, visit with family members, and participate in recreational activities. Despite being in a busy area, they offer a parking lot.
