Great office crew!! Always there with a smile
Privacy is superb. Accessible to public transit, malls, medical, & dental clinics, groceries, bakeshop, restaurant, pizza parlor, gym, everything you need. Staff are very nice. Just an issue with the ramp leading to the indoor parking especially during winter.

The units are nice and we have enjoyed the modern appliances. However, there are a handful recurring issues we’ve experienced in our six months that would be worth noting: - The elevator is constantly breaking down and on one occasion my spouse was trapped inside. - The parking lot rules (parking spaces, speeding, etc) are often not followed. Tenants use guest parking or simply any parking space, and often drive at a very high speed in the parking lot. - Children on the floor above us are constantly running up and down the... read more
I will give a zero if I could. When we moved in we have cockroaches, so we could not live in apartment for 3 weeks due to pest control, we still paid for it and they refuse to give us any money back for not be able to live in. When we move out They charged me for cleaning my small apartment for 4 hrs!!. cleaning when it was clean. Sorry but I'm cleaning freak and will not leave anything dirty.
