My husband and I just moved in and had no hot water issue happen on labor day weekend! The maintenance fella Maynor was super wonderful and came out asap on his day off and fixed it right up. I love living here!

I’ve never been spoken to so rudely. I don’t know if this is how they operate or if Jackie was just having a bad hair day. Sheer stupidity. I guess we called and emailed too many times for their liking so this justifies rude, and condescending behavior to a CUSTOMER! We were told the apartment was open, hurry up and do the deposit. We were lied to because we were told afterwards that there were several people ahead of us. Whaaaat? I wouldn’t have given them a $250 deposit if I were told there was a list!!
