Verified Renter The best community I've lived in. I enjoy running n2 my neighbors as they are walking their dogs, and each time I see them. It's the type of community that you can hear a pin drop at night. It's that quiet!

Verified Renter Everything is good! Love the apartment - clean and functional. If I were to give notes the trash situation is really out of hand. I know the dumpsters can't take furniture but so many people leave furniture all around there and its an eye sore. The trash also smells really bad - I know right now its from the sun and baking but in an ideal world we could move the trash dumpster to a more hidden spot so I can enjoy my balcony without the smell of garbage. Verified Renter Maintenance around the property is steadily declining and a lot of trash debris seem to accumulate frequently. They did recently wash the exteriors of the buildings which was an improvement and the pool is usually well maintained. Balconies need to be cleaned up by residents and the dog park could use some attention. Overall, better enforcement of lease policies might help. Staff is generally friendly & helpful and I have some nice neighbors. Also, the walkable community is convenient.
