This has been the best renting experience I’ve had. The Maintinence is prompt and thorough, in the instance of issues, they are handled by management with grace and professionalism. The property is well maintained and truly beautiful all year round. I especially love seeing the birds in the pond on my walks, buffleheads and hooded mergansers are back for the winter season and I’m so glad to see them. 💯recommend this place.
I have now been living here for almost a month, and I am very satisfied with my choice. It is a great location and a very nice apartment. The management has been super attentive to my few minor requests and have made me feel at home. On top of that check out the view from my balcony!
This was our favorite apartment we ever lived in. Crystal was so helpful and responsive from our tour to move out. It's in a convenient location; walkable to Aldi's, Starbucks, and quick food options. That was great because we only had one car. The complex itself is generally clean, only issue is when someone breaks the trash compactor. Almost always happens on a holiday weekend. A wonderful place to live. Great neighbors, staff, and home. Even after living here over a year, there's not really anything to complain about. It has fairly average amenities, but at least it has them. My main issue is the lightbulbs. The connectors are non-standard, and the bulbs are more expensive than average. You'd think, in light of this, they would be provided by the maintenance team, but you are required to purchase them yourself. I am consistently and constantly impressed with the Winterfield team. A month and a half ago I went to them and told them I’m concerned about the intersection leaving the apartments. There have been several times I have almost been T-boned by people going 45 on a 25 road, when you can’t see anything turning left. Today, we got an email from the Apartments Saying that they will soon be adding a speed bump to the intersection. I’ve never been so impressed with an apartment complex.
