We had The Wire Doctors for some much needed update on our electric. We had 2 of the nicest, kindest, considerate men. They listened to our needs, came up with a plan & delivered! They are the best company that we have found to work with! If you have any electrical issues The Wire Doctors are the best. We WILL definitely be having them back for any other electrical needs. Ken & Scott are the best! Electric up to code, finally, thanks to them!
I had them come to hook up a new hot tub in the Poconos and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before they left. Scott and Ken do a very thorough job.
We had a great experience with The Wire Doctors. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call back within the hour to set up an appointment for an evaluation. I appreciated the shorter 2-hour window of time for the visit (sometimes those 6-hour blocks are very inconvenient). Day-of, the team was communicative, letting us know when they were about 30 minutes away. Our rep was respectful, knowledgable, and quickly identified and communicated, and then remedied the issue. I definitely recommend The Wire Doctors.
The Wire Doctors were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job - no corners were cut. And they stayed very late to make sure my power was restored. I can't recommend them enough. 5 Stars folks!
I would say Wire Doctor is one of the best I have worked with. I liked their professionalism and they are detail-oriented and help the customer understand clearly what is the must, what is nice to have. They fixed the problems in an expedited manner. I would highly recommend them!
