My boyfriend and I moved here in 2022 and I have to say this is the best apartment we have lived. We were looking for a 2 bedroom and everywhere we looked around New Albany and Westerville area was way overpriced. We finally decided to take a look and we fell in love. The office staff is super nice, maintenance is quick, I love how they communicate all the community events going on and on top of that I love how they will warn you ahead of time when maintenance will be in your apartment. Pretty nice quaint pricey but it's a new hotspot and all rental prices are really really high right now . They make their demands and you go by them but they're all this way for another year until rental property crashes what goes up comes back down

I do not recommend any apartment owned by Ardent communities. My husband and I lived at the Woods at Perry Lane for 3 years and never missed a payment, yet our rent increased by 20% by our last contract with them. They also overcharged us by thousands on two occasions and remedied it by giving our money back to us on as a credit. They did offer to return the money by check, but it would take 45 days to send to us. One time is an accident, two times is being careless. My husband and I are also very clean people. Beware, this place will tell you can have an apartment then just give you one you said you did not want. My mother and I were shown a beautiful 1 bedroom with a balcony overlooking woods. We were told by leasing agent Linda that the apartment would be saved for us. It was on the third floor. We told Linda we did not want anyone living above us. This community is in a nice area. The property is maintained well. The only issues I have is that I wish there was more parking and I liked the grass better than the rocks by the walk ways. Most of the residents I have met are super nice which is a good thing because I have a 4 year old who likes to talk to everyone. Joey and Shai in the office are both super nice and quickly works to resolve any issues.
