The Woods on Perry Lane is an excellent place to live with a great balance of comfort, location, and value. The apartments are well-maintained, quiet, and spacious, making it easy to feel at home. Management is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and enjoyable community that I would highly recommend. Lexie is also the best!
I wanted to express much appreciation to the maintenance guy by the name of Thaddeus. He is well knowledgeable, genuine, easy to communicate. He knew what he was doing. Made sure the problem was fixed. He takes his job very seriously he is very caring and compassionate and you guys are the better to have him as your staff member.
Since the new management company has taken over there have been many improvements to our community with many more to come! The office staff is kind and friendly and very welcoming. I love living here and feel extremely safe and happy to call this place my home.
Since the new management company took over everything has been amazing. We put in a service request not even 24 hours ago and Thaddeus came the next day and helped resolve the issue and way more knowledgeable! Thank you so much Thaddeus for coming out very quickly and actually caring over our issues makes us happy knowing we have a great team taking care of our community.
The new management company is doing a great job getting the place back in shape by enforcing policies, and many improvements to the property. That part is fantastic and the community is wonderful, but their letters to the tenants seem very pushy and threatening for some reason. I like the place and am thankful for all their improvements so far, but be nicer...
