My family and I have been living here quite a few years now. Management has changed and is such a great company! The young ladies working in the office are amazing!! They have been working very hard to improve lots of things around the complex. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues we have and always do a great job! We love the community events they have every month! It's nice getting to know more of my neighbors! I highly recommend this place, It's more affordable than some of the other places around the area.
I enjoyed the Valentine’s Day event at the clubhouse. I loved arranging my flowers into a bouquet. The ladies in the office are nice & efficient. The maintenance team responds quickly. Thank you for keeping the walkways free of snow & ice. I love my cozy apartment! Thank you!
The leasing office team is truly amazing! Lexie and Empress are absolutely wonderful. They always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They consistently go above and beyond. What really stands out to me are the resident events they host. Each one is thoughtfully planned, creative, and so much fun. They’ve done an incredible job creating a welcoming, connected community here.
Let’s start by saying I’ve lived here for 8 years. I worried when the new company took over. I was wrong!! Greatest maintenance man ever. Thaddeus is amazing! Never acts like I’m a bother. Goes above and beyond to correct any problems. The ladies, Lexie and Empress, in the rental office are kind and helpful. If you need a nice place to live this is the place!!
Well in the fall they randomly decided to kick out of our parking spots for 2 days to do asphalt stuff. On top of that they just closed the gym in JANUARY?? (glad there’s renovations) seems like a summer thing to do not in January when people relied on that as an amenity. Then they randomly give us these trash cans to store in our apartment to put outside and tell us if we lose it there’s a fee… I didn’t ask for the trash can.
