The leasing office team is truly amazing! Lexie and Empress are absolutely wonderful. They always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They consistently go above and beyond. What really stands out to me are the resident events they host. Each one is thoughtfully planned, creative, and so much fun. They’ve done an incredible job creating a welcoming, connected community here.
Let’s start by saying I’ve lived here for 8 years. I worried when the new company took over. I was wrong!! Greatest maintenance man ever. Thaddeus is amazing! Never acts like I’m a bother. Goes above and beyond to correct any problems. The ladies, Lexie and Empress, in the rental office are kind and helpful. If you need a nice place to live this is the place!!
The Woods on Perry Lane is an excellent place to live with a great balance of comfort, location, and value. The apartments are well-maintained, quiet, and spacious, making it easy to feel at home. Management is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and enjoyable community that I would highly recommend. Lexie is also the best!
Well in the fall they randomly decided to kick out of our parking spots for 2 days to do asphalt stuff. On top of that they just closed the gym in JANUARY?? (glad there’s renovations) seems like a summer thing to do not in January when people relied on that as an amenity. Then they randomly give us these trash cans to store in our apartment to put outside and tell us if we lose it there’s a fee… I didn’t ask for the trash can. I just toured The Woods at Perry Lane earlier this week and I was so impressed by Lexie and Empress that I needed to leave a review! My partner and I were interested in their available two beds for February and they helped make us feel like we’ve been fast friends for years! I highly recommend this community if you’re looking for a cute spot with great staff in a Westerville location!
