Maintenance is at my apartment right now and I'm posting this after reading so many negative reviews. My experience here really hasn't been so terrible. This one maintenance guy, Airik, is friendly as 4ell, very respectful, and knows what he's doing. I've been here 4 years this month, so I'll share what I've found to be true. Would not recommend anyone moving to these apartments. The hot water runs brown alot of the time Hell of Centapides and Mice if you don't tape up the places they come through around the pipes Roaches from the neighbors coming YOUR way You have to report issues/maintenance MULTIPLE times before they even consider fixing your issue Will give you a time and will never even come so you have to keep reporting the problem! My husband and I recently applied here because he was transferring jobs and wanted to be closer to his work. We paid the fees and did everything we needed to do. After multiple phone calls we got told that our everything went through and looked great, that they would take the apartment we wanted off the market and get our move in date. We waited a couple of days and we finally received an email saying we had been denied, even after we had been told we had been approved and my husband accepted the job. The move was last minute and rushed in order to get the move in special. Having 72 hours to fill out the paper for anything wrong with the apartment is not enough time, you are still unpacking and getting a feel for the place. Iyana was great, she stayed in communication with me and assisted me through the process.
I’ve lived here for years and they keep raising the rent. Why would you increase the rent for people who choose to stay renting from you? They also have harassed me to the point of stress that has caused many problems in my personal life. Unfortunately I am broke because of them and cannot afford to move anywhere else at the moment, so I have to deal with the abuse.
