Living at the Zoe for the past 3 months has been an incredible experience that continues to exceed my expectations. While the ongoing lobby renovations have brought some temporary inconvenience, it's clear that the updates will make an already stunning building even more impressive. Our daughter recently relocated from the Midwest to the DC area for a job and decided on The Zoe for her new home. Taking care of everything online and sight unseen can be a bit daunting, but the staff made it a seamless and easy process. We were welcomed on move in day by extremely friendly and professional staff, given a full tour and use of loading dock and freight elevator. There is poor communication between management and residents. While the staff is friendly and the unit is nice, issues are rarely resolved. We were not informed that our parking is a 10-minute walk away, at least and not easy to find a parking, even though there are many empty parking spots directly under the building that are not made available—despite paying nearly $3,000 in rent. On top of that, we are charged over $200 per month for common area utilities, plus our own electricity and internet. The property is constantly ... read more
Spent 12 great months at The Zoe. Well-run, brand-new building, excellent value for the price, and consistently smooth living. The staff is world-class and genuinely cares. Leaving with great memories and a lot of respect for how this place is run.
From our first apartment tour to move-in day, the team at The Zoe has been absolutely exceptional. Every staff member truly goes above and beyond. The concierge team is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. Management is responsive and quick to address any questions, and maintenance has been impressively prompt and efficient. My partner and I recently moved from a “luxury” apartment in the Navy Yard, and we’re honestly amazed by the difference. The Zoe has exceeded every expectation.
