I believe that I first got a unit in 2002,whereas I was introduced to Olivia. She ran a tight ship. I NEVER had to worry about security, it (the complex)was always kept in pristine condition, and when i needed ANYTHING… she was ready and willing to see that it got done. Our house is going to close escrow soon, so we needed a place to store all of our furnishings. My wife chose this facility because her friend had used it previously and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is extremely clean. One of the nice benefits is that they have sprinklers in the units. Should a fire break out for some reason your items have a chance of being spared. Olivia has been great throughout the years. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Brian is also great! Always polite and ready to help. Both have been great to interact with and will remember you. They keep everything clean and in order. I would definitely come back in the future if I need storage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I must say this was the best storage place to sign up. Olivia was fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly. I got a better deal than I thought from the first time I wanted to rent and she took care of me.
