I must say this was the best storage place to sign up. Olivia was fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly. I got a better deal than I thought from the first time I wanted to rent and she took care of me. I found it very safe, and they work with you on what price you would like to pay at the best of their ability. Very happy with my transaction. Thank you so much Olivia.
Olivia has been great throughout the years. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Brian is also great! Always polite and ready to help. Both have been great to interact with and will remember you. They keep everything clean and in order. I would definitely come back in the future if I need storage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I believe that I first got a unit in 2002,whereas I was introduced to Olivia. She ran a tight ship. I NEVER had to worry about security, it (the complex)was always kept in pristine condition, and when i needed ANYTHING… she was ready and willing to see that it got done. I've been using Theatre Drive Storage for 5 years now, and it is by far one of the Best Storage Facilities around! The full time Staff, Brian & Olivia are top notch and so friendly and helpful!! They are always willing to work with you and give you options according to your needs. It really gives me peace of mind having caring people there 6 days a week in case you ever have a problem. I highly recommend this Storage Facility.
Tamika was fantastic with the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Theater Drive Self Storage. There is plenty of room for moving trucks.
