Awful This apartment complex is terrible. Management sucks, theres so many hidden fees, the rent posted online is $300 cheaper than what it will actually be, there were roaches when we moved in, multiple things broken, and staff is terrible. People leave their trash in the hallways outside of the valet trash hours, no one picks up after their dogs so the courtyard is full of poop. Unsafe I lived here for over a year. When I signed the lease, they had all these offers that they never came through for. The leasing office disappeared, and the old management was absolutely terrible. New management seems like they’re trying, but without results. Packages get stolen all the time, they won’t do anything about it - homeless are rampant- with how much you’re spending look elsewhere .
Issue after Issue When I first found this property I thought it was perfect! I signed my lease back in December virtually because I was out of state. Holly was super responsive and helpful. I had her change it to a six month lease because I received a new work assignment. She said it'd be changed and I would have no additional charges because it was before I moved in. We are now on our third manager. I haven't seen a copy of the lease I signed the day I moved in, and I still don't have access into the front of the building. ... read more
