Took a tour of this place and it was amazing! Julia gave the best tour ever and I loved that the units have gas range stoves. The halls were super quiet , clean, and smelled great! The bedrooms are smaller, but overall seem like a great place to live.
It took 33 calendar days to receive my $500 refund after canceling my application--well beyond the 21 business days I was told. Despite being given a final statement on 5/3 and confirmation from the manager that my refund was being processed, I had to wait with no communication or resolution until it finally arrived. This delay caused unnecessary frustration and shows a serious lack of professionalism. It's unacceptable for a company to be this slow in returning funds they were quick to collect. I do not have any questions or concerns. I want my money back as promised and it should not take me reaching back out to anyone for that to happen. The "manager", Jamie, told me that my deposit would be refunded by mail in about three weeks, called me to confirm my mailing address, and that has not happened. I also received a final statement on 5/3/2023 confirming that the refund was being processed. I originally gave The Pearl 5 stars after a great tour experience, but I'm revising my review after going through a deeply disappointing application process that felt disorganized, misleading, and ultimately disrespectful. I waited a year since I last toured The Pearl to see if they had a my desired floor plan on the highest floor offered and they did.
