My two children have just completed 11 months of therapy here. It’s a great place to go! The staff is sweet and professional as well very helpful with scheduling and communication! I think that makes such a differences while dealing with our hectic lives! The therapists here are wonderful, but what really makes this place special is the office staff. They are incredibly helpful in so many ways...insurance, getting on a different therapist’s schedule if the one your child is working with isn’t the best fit, and keeping things running with payments, etc. The therapists are also wonderful in that they will give you tips for working on things at home and brainstorm games or strategies to help the kids and families. Thank you to Adrienne for your professionalism, kindness, and informative information. Upon calling for my first time I was greeted by Adrienne and she not only was kind and polite she was professional. Seems to be hard to come by these days. She was able to put my son on a list and tell me when I should expect to be contacted. Some people may say well she should do that. The staff and therapist here are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to any parents that have a kiddo who are in need of outpatient OT services. My time here as a student was great!
