My husband made a one time purchase for a CPAP machine at the end of last year. After 3 months, now they are informing us that the CPAP machine was not a one time purchase. It was being covered by our previous insurance and they don’t accept our new insurance. Now they are asking us to return the machine. They even denied to check the reference of recoded phone calls where it was mentioned that the machine was a one time purchase and covered through insurance. Poor behavior and customer service.
Was told I just needed my subscription renewed through my doctor I get it renewed and it's no longer accepted???? The only way I found out I had to call the store multiple times for someone to finally pick up. Very bad business. I'm glad I don't have to waste money here anymore.
Initially we didn’t have a great experience we had to pay out-of-pocket because this company would not file to the insurance for multitude of reasons as far as maybe they’re not gonna get paid and then the patient wouldn’t pay however we went ahead and paid full price by credit card I was able to file the claim myself I spoke to ova. I placed an order on 2/14/23 for an oxygen concentrator which included free shipping and I paid in full with a credit card and received a receipt. The next morning I received a phone call from them with instructions on how to send my prescription. Within an hour of receiving the prescription, I get an email from saying my order was cancelled as they no longer offer free shipping on this item.
