She is fantastic. Dr. Benevich listens, she is caring and intelligent. I trust her opinions and judgement. She has always been very helpful and understanding. I would recommend Dr. Benevich to family members and friends.
My 21 year old daughter had a zoom visit with Dr. Benevich and asked me to join her. My daughter was seeking medication for weight issues that she has been struggling with for many years. Dr. Benevich refused to prescribe the medication and did not offer an alternative; a nutritionist perhaps would have been good advice. More over her reasons for not prescribing was not based on any of the available science which is clear that the medication is safe. I spoke to this Dr. Benevich at night when she was on call. I was experiencing pain and wanted to get a doctors opinion before dealing with the stressors of the ER. Dr. Benevich was incredibly condescending, judgemental and arrogant. Before I could explain my situation, she asked me why I was calling so late, and that I should just go to the ER. When explaining my symptoms, she sarcastically asked if “I thought I had cancer”. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Will be reporting the situation
