Therese and Katlyn are top notch! From the beginning quote to the design and all the way thru construction they were amazing. We were updated thru every step of the process and when something went wrong or there was a setback, Therese and Katlyn were there to get us right back on track. I will recommend Therese DuBravac Design Rebuild Remodel to anyone who needs work done!
Therese comes to your home a stranger, and when project is complete, she leaves as a friend. We had a small half bath upstairs, she was able rearranged it to fit a full size shower. The kitchen was gutted, and now we have a beautiful period appropriate remodeled kitchen. She didn't mind when we'd add jobs, as she works very closely with all the contractors.
Working with Therese on home projects big and small is always productive as well as being loads of fun. Therese is an amazing designer and builder. She has the art and science of working with people and their spaces on lock. She's a great listener and asks all the right questions to support homing in all the look, feel, usability, and features of a desired space, taking all the time necessary to make the all right things happen on time. Therese and her team managed a complete residing, painting and roof repair project in the home we purchased last October. Her design skills are amazing and we love how beautiful our home looks now. As a graduate architect, I am glad I contacted Therese to do a number of projects around my house this past year. She had designed my kitchen in years past, so I knew what a treat it is to work with her. In these more recent projects, we added a solar array and battery wall, replaced the roof, designed and installed an additional cabinet to match the existing kitchen cabinetry, and made impressive updates on a screened porch to make it more functional and attractive, among other improvements.
